This order came from Kak Jasmine from Kota Kemuning. Dia cakap dia nak bagi utk her best friend. Memula igt nk buat sweet rosette mcm biasa.. but then macam just trying my luck.. so ask her whether I can do the Garden Theme ke x..?? Since she said okay.. so hehehe.. here goes. 

Still need a lot of improvement... Especially on the rumput part. Diana ter-over whip plak the cream. It turns out very soft.. should make it more stiff. Sebab.. bila pipe on the cupcake.. rumput Diana cam malu-malu laa plak.. asyik nk tersungkur jer kerjanya. Huhuhu...  Colour-wise pun Diana kena byk improve lg..Ohh.. if ada org wondering kenapa my bugs mcm x lengkap... I purposely did that.. Sebab Diana ada dengar, orang kata x boleh buat figurine of benda hidup exactly as it is. *nanti I look up for the hadith/ fatwa* Sebab tuela my lady bug x perfect.. my bee x de sayap etc...

However, alhamdulillah.. Kak Jasmine puas hati with the deco. I hope everything went well. Thanks for the order Kak Jasmine. It's been a pleasure.

The answer is....

Diana guna SCS Butter..[not LURPAK .. sumhow I prefer SCS over LURPAK :p]

Diyakini HALAL.. ada pengesahan HALAL from ICCV (Islamic Co-Ordinating Council of Victoria). This is a body that is responsible for certifying, monitoring and supervision halal foods for exports from Australia.

Why?? Sebab Diana suka bau susu yg akan ada pada cupcake bila dh bakar. Alaa x retila nk explain. Slightly pricey... tp xper... kalau nak bagi orang makan, kita kena bagi macam apa yang kita makan kan? Since Diana suka yang nie.. so Diana bg orang lain makan yang Diana suka jugakla. ^_^

Ingredients lain.. sama jer. Basically beli dkt kedai yang jual bahan2 membuat kek.Ohhh except for cocoa powder. Yang tue jer kena beli kat supermarket.

So that's the Butter that I use in my baking. ^_^

This order special sket.. because it was ordered by my junior in UK. She is currently in UK n dia order nie and mintak tlg delivered to her family in Subang Jaya.

Dia mintak personalised cupcake... it's to accommodate 4 family members.

For her lil bro.. dia mintak buat figurine mortar board, buku n scroll. Nt that he is graduating ker apa.. tp mcm nk bg good luck charm for him. For her other bro.. dia mintak buatkan sth yg related to a restaurant. Initial discussion, I thought of doing some sudu garfu kinda thing.. tp lps tue mcm dpt idea utk buat benda lain plak. So I did a figurine of lesung batu n knife... n also salt & pepper shaker tuhh. Well those items are essential kan?? Why I chose lesung batu n not blender?? Well.. to have a mix of modern + traditional. For her mom.. dia mintak simple jer. So bouquet of flowers + love. [ entah jadi entah tidak bouquet nyer.. :P] For her dad... dia cakap letak fruits jer... n she chose strawberry. Actually.. she asked for figurine jugak.. to represent her dad tgh renovate rumah... boleyh Diana luper. Sungguh2 luper. Dah smp dpn rumah dia.. br teringat. Ampunnnnnn Yan !!!! *sob*sob*

Since her dad mmg x blh makan manis... Diana kurangkan gula in both icing and cake. Gile2 punye slash laa..

Engagement Cuppies

She ordered a total of 3 sets of 25 pcs cuppies.

Tapi this set special sket laa sebab katanya untuk hantaran. Huhu.. to be honest, Diana fail sket kalau nak buat set hantaran tp nk buttercream. Mulala kepala ting tong..ting tong.. sebab x tau nk buat deco camner. Cuba kalau suruh buat fondant... hah.. laju jer saya menguli fondant itu. Hahahaha...

Since she requested for buttercream... so kenala minta tolong ibu untuk buatkan roses2 tuhh. Roses2 diana kalau buttercream.. cam xde rupa lagila. She requested for pink purple kind of colour.. so I just use burgundy nyer colour jerla.. wkt dlm piping bag.. nmpk colour tuhh okay~ Sekali bile dh letak buat roses nie dh jd darker shade plak dah. Haih....

Hopefully she likes it... *praying hard*

Lg 2 sets tue dia suruh deco simple2 jer.. sebab katanya untuk makan2 among family members jer pun. That one no pics taken. Dah lmbt dh wkt tuhh... so Diana just snap yg hantaran nie jerla.:P

My first baby cuppies

Wow... what a long hiatus. Gomennasai~

Virus M banyak sgt2 laa dalam badan nie. On laptop seminggu sekali pun payah. Cuba waktu study dulu.. nak blaja jer on laptop.. kat rumah x apply cenggitu laa plak. To add on, the very demanding ACCA menyebabkan saya lg malas nk on laptop. Boleh??? *i sound like a nerd here :P*

Well, this set of cuppies is supposed to be a baby theme cuppies. But, sebab last minute... n day before ada order jugak so figurine utk baby tue mcm x sempat sgt nak buat. So Diana buat yg simple2 jerla... buat botol susu, baby bip, kasut n dice yg baby slalu main2 tuhh. Hajat hati nk buat baby bwh selimut laa, dress laa, cawan air baby laa... macam2 laa. Tp x kesampaian laa.

Since it's a baby girl... senang laa kan.. boleh letak ribbon, bunga2 bagai...

To be honest.. this is one of my favourite... sebab rasa sgt2 sweet.
